2 racks of baby back ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce of your choice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a dry rub.
Pat the ribs dry with paper towels. Rub the dry rub mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Place the ribs in the air fryer basket, meat-side up, making sure not to overcrowd the basket. You may need to cook the ribs in batches if they don't fit in a single layer.
Cook the ribs in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes. Then, carefully flip the ribs and continue cooking for an additional 25-30 minutes.
