  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks

  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • Salt to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Step 1: Marinate the Beef

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, black pepper, and salt.

  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the beef marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight for maximum flavor.

Step 2: Assemble the Skewers

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
